The University of Lincoln’s USA Scholarship is designed to help students from across the United States of America to access postgraduate level study at the University of Lincoln. The USA Scholarship is offered as a tuition fee discount against the cost of a postgraduate taught programme commencing in the 2025/26 academic year. 

Scholarship Amount

The USA Scholarship is valued at £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount in the first year of their studies. 

September 2025 and January 2026 Entry 

Selection Criteria

In order to be eligible to receive the USA Scholarship, prospective students must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, the USA

  • Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2025 or January 2026.

  • Have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University.
