Eligibility

We will automatically consider all students entering a University of Guelph-Humber degree program who meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • A completed two- or three-year diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum cumulative average of 75%

  • At least one year of full-time studies completed at an accredited university with a minimum cumulative average of 75%

Depending on when you are admitted, you must register in a minimum number of credits per semester to receive the Transfer Student Entrance Scholarship.

The Transfer Student Entrance Scholarship is not available to re-admitted students, internal applicants from the University of Guelph, non-degree students, and exchange students. This scholarship is not renewable.

Receiving your scholarship

We will automatically credit your scholarship to your University account. The scholarship amount will be divided into two equal payments.  You must be registered as a full-time student in both semesters in order to receive and retain the scholarship.
