How to reserve your student accommodation
At Unite Students, you can view the accommodation before making a booking, simplified with the 360° virtual online tour.
1. Choose your property and room type – whether that’s a studio room or a one-bed flat with a classic ensuite.
2. Choose your length of stay – stay the whole year, the academic year, or just a semester.
3. Enter your personal details – name, date of birth, country of residence, contact details, university of study and course.
4. Enter your guarantor details – they must be 25+ and would be responsible for rent if you’re unable to make a payment.
5. Submit your payment details – choose direct debit to avoid getting behind on payments, or enter your credit or debit card details.
6. Choose the instalment plan – choose from one, three or seven payments.
You will need:

To be a student currently in education
Please note that Unite accommodations are single-occupancy rooms only, so there’s no sharing. You get:

7 Day Cooling-Off Period – should you change your mind on your student accommodation, you can cancel your booking within seven days after you receive an email confirmation.

No Place No Pay – if your offer is withdrawn, or you don't get your visa, you may be eligible to be cancel your agreement, with no cost. This applies to first-year students only.
