Overview
Shenandoah University is a private educational institution located in Winchester, Virginia. It was established in 1875 as Shenandoah Seminary. The university blends liberal education programs with professional career experiences that enable students to thrive with creative energy while also taking on intellectual challenges.
Today, the university has six schools and offers over 200 areas of study to more than 4,000 students. There are bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs offered in arts and sciences, business, pharmacy, nursing, and many more fields. The university also has Virginia's first bachelor's degrees in esports management and virtual reality design. The state's oldest music therapy program is also available at the university.
Services
Shenandoah University provides various services to students that make their study years comfortable and exciting in all aspects. The Health & Safety of all students is of paramount importance to the management, which is taken care of by the Wellness Centre, Counseling Centre and others departments for safety at the university. There are multiple student organisations at the campus fitting the special interests of students, and if they can't find one, students are also free to start their organisations.

Accommodation
The university offers housing options to more than 1,000 students in 11 residence halls that are divided by class rank. All the residence halls have unique styles and characteristics that are needed during their respective years of study. For the first-year students, there are five residence halls, and the upper-level students and graduate students live in the apartments, residential village, and campus commons.
