Overview
The Université du Québec à Montréal, or UQAM, is a French-language university that is home to over 4,000 international students from almost 100 countries.
The two main campuses at UQAM are located in the heart of two of central Montreal’s most exciting districts. Students choose UQAM for the originality and quality of its programs, research and innovation in the arts. Regarding research, UQAM is ranked 1st in Quebec and 8th in Canada regarding research funding for comprehensive universities (Research Infosource, 2020).
In total, UQAM provides 40 programs with an international component and an Executive MBA program (EMBA) for business students.
