The International Regional Entrance Scholarships were established to financially support international students coming to Langara College in pursuit of higher education. Applicants can apply for the $7,500 award if they are planning to start their full-time undergraduate studies in the specified semester. Eligible recipients will have $5,000 applied towards the cost of tuition and fees in their first term of study. Recipients must maintain a CGPA of 2.67 in their first term and be registered full-time in an eligible program to receive the balance of their award as tuition credit in their second term of study. Eligibility Criteria
Recipients will:

Be admitted or conditionally admitted to Langara as an international student for the specified semester;

Intend to study full-time (nine or more credits) in a regular studies undergraduate program or in an eligible full-time Continuing Studies program (2D/3D Animation, Real Estate, Advanced Accounting, and RMT);

Have a minimum 80% GPA from high school or post-secondary institution. Post-secondary only to be considered if a full credential has been completed from a college or university outside of Canada;

Be from one of the following regions: Americas, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Middle East, Europe, or CIS.
The deadline to apply for the summer 2025 intake has been extended to Friday, January 31, 2025, at 4:00 pm. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by email in February.
The deadline to apply for fall 2025 is Monday, March 31, 2025, at 4:00 pm. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by email in April.
