Overview
The University of Staffordshire is a public university in Staffordshire, England. It has one main campus based in the city of Stoke-on-Trent and two other campuses in Stafford and London.
The University has three academic schools, including the School of Digital, Technologies and Arts; School of Health, Science and Wellbeing; School of Justice, Security and Sustainability, alongside the Institute of Education and Staffordshire University London. For over 100 years, Staffordshire has worked hard to become one of the top universities in the world, and is proud to share achievements with current and prospective students from the UK and around the globe.
The campus in Stoke-on-Trent is a vibrant and friendly community. It’s also well connected as we are right next to a mainline train station. In 2017, Staffordshire launched the UK’s first ever Esports degree, which attracted 100s of applications from all over the world. Supported by The NUEL, Fast Web Media and Codemasters, this unique degree focuses on the business side of Esports and builds on a reputation as a leading institution for Computer Games. digitally inspired Staffordshire courses will open doors to a range of new and yet-to-be-discovered job opportunities.

Digital Institute London is part of University of Staffordshire and is one of the biggest and best gaming universities in the UK.
Services
The International Student Centre is part of the University of Staffordshire's Student Office and provides a range of support for international students, including English language teaching, academic and cultural support as well as specialist immigration advice. The centre is staffed with a team of experienced English language teachers and two international student advisers. At the beginning of the year, there is an International Welcome Programme run for students to get to know each other, Staffordshire and the University.

Overall, 68% of Staffordshire research was judged 3* "internationally excellent" and 4* "world-leading", up from 37% in 2014, following the results of the REF 2021. In addition, 87% of the University’s research impact has been rated as “very considerable” or “outstanding”.
Accommodation
Staffordshire University accommodation is divided across both campuses. Stoke has just over 1,000 rooms available either in student houses or more traditional halls of residence, while Stafford has 605 rooms. Postgraduate students have a dedicated hall of residence on the Stoke campus, while the University also run a search engine for landlords to help students who wish to live in the private sector.
