Funding from the Mexican Foundation for Education, Technology and Science (FUNED) to support Mexican students for master’s study at King’s College London.

Award details

King’s College London have an agreement with the Mexican Foundation for Education, Technology and Science (FUNED) to support Mexican students to pursue master’s degree programmes at King’s College London. As part of this agreement, scholars funded by FUNED receive a 10% tuition fee discount from King’s.

Award value

FUNED Master’s Credit-Scholarships consists of a package with funds directly applied to the payment of tuition at the university where the master’s studies will be carried out. 

Additionally, successful FUNED scholars at King’s College London could be offered a 10% tuition fee discount towards their Master’s degree at King’s.

Eligibility criteria

  • Be a Mexican citizen.

  • Have an official letter of acceptance of a full-time and face-to-face online or hybrid master’s program a King’s College London.

  • The master’s program must align with the areas supported by FUNED.

  • Have a professional degree or be in the process of obtaining it.

  • Minimum average of 8.

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable work experience.

  • Have a good credit history according to the report issued only by the Credit Bureau.

  • Have a Mexican guarantee, economically solvent, resident in Mexico, under 65 years of age, with a good credit history, owner of real estate, free of liens, whose value is at least 2.5 times the total amount of support.

  • Provide a second endorsement of income, as required by FUNED.

  • Apply according to FUNED guidance.
