Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme (CSSS) for AY2020-2021
For 2020/21, The Institute for Global Health and Development (IGHD) in Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh is offering three awards and the following two MSc programmes are eligible for the scholarship:
MSc in Global Health
MSc in Sexual & Reproductive Health
The Shared Scholarship Scheme is a joint initiative between the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (with funding from DFID), and UK universities, to support scholarships for students from developing Commonwealth countries who would not otherwise be able to study in the United Kingdom.
All Shared Scholarship candidate applications must be made via the CSC’s online application system which is now open. All applications must be submitted by 16.00 (GMT) on 18 December 2019 at the latest.
Successful candidates will be selected on the basis of eligibility, qualifications, experience and the supporting statement of the application form.
Please note that you will also need to apply to the University and secure admissions to your programme. You must normally have had an offer (ideally unconditional offer) on the programme by the closing date for the CSSS application – 16:00, 18 December 2019.
