Accommodation
NYU offers a diverse range of student accommodations managed by Residential Life and Housing Services. With 20 residence halls and space for graduate students, around 11,500 undergraduates and graduates find a home during the academic year and summer sessions.
In Brooklyn, options include Clark Street and Othmer Hall, offering apartments and traditional spaces for both upper- and first-year students. Manhattan houses a variety of halls, such as Alumni Hall, Coral Tower, Lafayette Hall, Brittany Hall, Founders Hall, Lipton Hall, Broome Street, Gramercy Green, Palladium Hall, Carlyle Court, Greenwich Hall, Residential College at Paulson, and more. These cater to upper-year students, first-year students, and a mix of both apartments and traditional spaces. Some halls, like Rubin Hall, are temporarily closed for renovation. Additionally, accommodations are available for graduate students at WSV & Stuy Town.
