Colonel Fairleigh S. Dickinson Scholarship
The Colonel Fairleigh S. Dickinson Scholarship is a highly competitive award granted to international freshman students with exceptional academic achievements.
Eligibility:
US, Canada, and Other Education Systems |
– Overall minimum CGPA of 3.5/4.0 converted to a US scale in the last 3 years of high school, AND – SAT 1280 or higher, OR – ACT Composite score 27 or higher |
British-Pattern Education – Advanced Level |
– GCSE or IGCSE with a minimum of 5 subjects including English and Mathematics with average grade of 3.5/4 converted to a US scale, AND – Three academic A Levels* with a minimum grade combination of AAA British-Patterned Education Advanced levels must be from the awarding bodies below: • AQA (Assessment and Qualifications Alliance) • CCEA (Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment) • Edexcel (Pearson) • OCR (Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations) • WJEC (welsh Joint Education Committee) • CIE (University of Cambridge – Cambridge International Examinations) – for students outside the United Kingdom |

– Minimum Average of Ensino Medio grade of 8.0/10.0 in 4 academic subjects relevant for the degree of choice, AND – Brazilian ENEM (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) score of 650. The ENEM test must have been taken within the last three years prior to the student’s application to FDU. |

Col. Fairleigh Dickinson Scholarship is renewable annually by maintaining a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
General Scholarship Renewal Requirements and Guidelines
To maintain your scholarship for the duration of your academic program, you will need to fulfill the following renewal requirements:

For scholarships and Global Scholars Grant, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher; for the Global Leaders Grant, maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher after one year of study.

Enroll in and complete a full-time undergraduate course load.

Global Scholars Grant recipients must complete the three Global Scholars courses each Fall.

Institutional Scholarships are awarded on a per credit basis at the time of admission. They are not pro-rated in future terms to reflect adjustments in Tuition rates.
